Sophia Lyles - Customer Service Representative


I empathize with my clients and their needs, because at one point, I needed all the help I could get. In 2021, my three beautiful children and I were involved in a car accident; another car hit a pedestrian and then turned into my car. It was a heavy impact and I almost died. If I had, my children would have been left with nothing. Life insurance and financial planning have been at the top of my mind ever since. We always think we have plenty of time to get things in order when we get older, but I was faced with the reality that life doesn’t always go the way you planned.

I have recovered, but do have some physical limitations. Shortly after the accident, one of my children fell severely ill and it changed his life forever. He ended up having to have open heart surgery at the young age of 5. After all of this happened, I got life insurance for myself and all of my children, because I experienced firsthand that there is a need for it.

Early in 2024, I met Kelly, and she offered me a job with Spicer Financial that not only fit my schedule, but enabled me to do something I was already passionate about. I love talking to people and helping them, and as a customer service representative, I get to do exactly that.
